It's coming up on that time of year once again. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's: all great celebrations surrounding food, family and lots of joy. Sounds pretty great to me but the problem is that comes with a lot of guilt for a lot of people. This kind of happiness and joy shouldn't come with payback. It often does but it doesn't have to be that way.
How many times have you made New Year's Resolutions? What were they about? Success, money, relationships or health? Many make these resolutions because they think the New Year comes with a fresh start. But what is really different on January 1st? Nothing much. The Christmas season is over however, the guilt has crept in and many of us aim to get that 'hot body' this year.
