Coconut Power Ball Recipe

These power balls make an easy grab and go snack, require no cooking and taste delicious. (They’re also full of nutrients!)

Coconut Power Balls


1 banana, mashed

3 tbsp all natural peanut butter

2 - 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

⅔ cup oats

⅓ cup Qia Cereal (Apple Cinnamon flavour is amazing)

⅔ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut

Cacao nibs or chocolate chips (optional)



  1. Smash and mix banana, peanut butter and syrup

  2. Add all other ingredients

  3. Roll into balls

  4. Refrigerate until firm

  5. Enjoy!
