Apple Pie Oatmeal


1/2 cup uncooked oats

1 apple

Q'ia Apple Cinnamon Cereal


Stevia or Real Maple Syrup

Almond Milk


1. Cook oats (1 cup of water to 1/2 cup oats)

2. Add chopped apple 2 minutes before the oats are done

3. Add sweetener, cinnamon and almond milk

4. Top with Q'ia Cereal
